Introduction to Notes

Notes on a case are specifically for keeping non-timestamped pieces of information on a case. This can be anything from a Case Manager todo list to Notes about the students performance.

Updating Notes

Case notes are presented in an expandable textfield to edit for each case. There is one singular block of text that contains the notes. You may use bullet points to separate out different parts of the notes. 

To update note, type in your change into the text field and press update. Cases with no notes created will generate a default note stating: "No notes found for case CASE ID"

Clicking update will send the new updated notes to be submitted.
